These terms govern use of Sevier County Released Inmates. By accessing the site, you agree to them. If you do not accept every term, do not use the site.

This is a privately owned reference site with no government, sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. We are not investigators or a consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Service

Sevier County Released Inmates points visitors toward public custody, release, court, and supervision resources in Sevier County and Utah. It may connect visitors with independent research tools. It stores no official jail or court records, cannot confirm live custody, cannot release anyone, and cannot file a request or legal paper for a user.


Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person or the service.

  • Do not violate any law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access to any account, server, or system.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not disrupt access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Sevier County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not provide such services through this site. You agree not to use site information for any FCRA-covered purpose.

  • Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
  • Tenant selection or housing eligibility
  • Creditworthiness or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. The affected term will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
